I will take you
through a carefully structured session, focusing on safety, proper postural alignment and strength acqusition needed for preparing your body to go upside down.

β¨ You will explore techniques and preparation drills to build strength and stability - LET'S GET OUR STRENGHT ON!

β¨ You will discover various headstand variations and transitions ( FOR THE NON-BEGGINERS)

β¨ You will receive personalized guidance and feedback ( If you choose to! if you prefer not to have your camera on, I understand :)

β¨ You will build confidence and trust in your own practice ( THIS IS THE BEST PART! You will be so proud of yourself for showing up despite your doubts, fears, and any other form of resistance!)

β¨ We will start and finish our Practice with a short meditation and Intention setting.

remember.. NO GROWTH HAPPENS IN A COMFORT ZONE! You can DO this!

NOTE: In some parts of the sessions, we will be using the wall space, so make sure to be in an area where you can also use the wall, to assist you in your practice.
IMPORTANT: If you have any neck injuries ( old or recent ones), I advise you to join for the strenght part of the session without actually putting any weight and pressure on your head. Building upper body and core strenght will be very beneficial to you.
